Principal Solicitor
Matt Lindeman
Over the last two decades I've spent a significant amount of time in court rooms, from the Local Courts of New South Wales to the Court of Appeal.
Matt is a committed solicitor with expertise in a diverse range of legal fields, including Criminal Law, Personal Injury Law, Workers' Compensation Claims, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, Estate Law, Succession Act Claims (Family Provision Act), Common Law & Sexual Abuse Claims.
In the compensation work that I've undertaken for injuries suffered by people, I've taken part in many arguments and fortunately I've had the opportunity to work with many skilled and professional Junior and Senior Counsel. That is the nature of the adversarial system that we operate within.
Many of my clients never see the court room in relation to Personal Injury, Workers Compensation or Succession Act Claims because a properly informed discussion occurs with all the parties in your case before we go to a court room.
Of course, in criminal matters the court room is unavoidable but that does not mean that the outcome is inevitable.
If you need assistance, we're happy to help, but be prepared for both the best case and the worst-case scenarios.
Our law is simple and we should appreciate the system that we have for implementing justice and fairness.
Evidence is complicated and difficult and that is the key to your matter whatever it is.
